The multi-family firm will add to its Central Ohio portfolio with a Class A development in Sunbury, Ohio

SUNBURY, Ohio (September 13, 2022) – The Champion Companies, a multi-family investment, development and management firm in Central Ohio, today announced the development of a 300 unit Class A apartment community next to the Tanger Outlet Mall in Sunbury. Champion plans for construction to begin in 2023. 

The brand new community, The District at Berkshire, will also include the construction of a new public road, off the controlled access S. Wilson Rd., which currently services the Tanger Outlet Mall. Champion’s project and this new road will be the catalyst for future development in the area by opening access to other land zoned for development of all asset classes. Champion will be working with a builder partner soon-to-be-announced and is dedicated to making The District at Berkshire a destination for its prime location and quality of apartment finishes.
