Partner Rockford Construction joins Champion on Dublin development in addition to already underway Sunbury project, bringing total units under construction together to more than 500

DUBLIN, Ohio (June 23, 2023) – The Champion Companies, a multi-family investment, development and management firm in Central Ohio, today announced it will begin construction on River Park of Dublin in July of this year. The firm closed its construction loan on June 23 in partnership with Peoples Bank.

The 203-unit Class A development at 3111 Hayden Road will fortify Champion’s already strong presence in the Dublin submarket, and will provide needed housing units to an area that attracts renters due to its proximity to Downtown Columbus, The Ohio State University, and the lively Bridge Park district. The project is expected to begin the first week of July and take around 24 months to complete.
