Champion seeks to provide attractive, risk-adjusted returns to its investors by acquiring well-located, high-quality apartment communities to which the company believes it can add value through our capital improvements and superior operating platform. Champion is generally seeking Class A and B+ apartment communities in the Midwest with a minimum of 150 units.
Let Us Do All the Work
Champion is responsible for finding, acquiring and managing the real estate. We underwrite and perform all necessary due diligence on the properties we look to acquire. Our investors invest with us on these projects and own a percentage of the real estate as a result. Our investors receive all the benefits of property ownership, but they are not involved with acquiring the property, arranging financing and doing the day-to-day management. It’s truly a passive investment.

The biggest reason investors participate in real estate partnerships with Champion is the exclusivity and access to deal flow. Not every investor has time to search and underwrite hundreds of properties to find a gem to acquire. Further, many accredited investors do not have the desire to manage all of the other facets that come with owning an apartment community.
