WESTERVILLE,OH– Champion Real Estate Services has increased its rank from No. 20 to No. 14 on Columbus Business First’s list of top property management companies in Central Ohio. Making the list for its fourth consecutive year, Champion now manages a portfolio of 5 million square feet of apartment space in the Columbus region.

The list, which was announced on Nov. 21, 2014, ranks property management companies by square feet managed, totaling each company’s managed office, retail, industrial and apartment space, in addition to managed condominiums and home owner associations.

Currently, Champion manages more than 4,100 apartments across 15 communities in the growing cities of Canal Winchester, Delaware, Dublin, Gahanna, Grove City, Hilliard, Lewis Center (Polaris), New Albany, Powell and Westerville.

Earlier in 2014, Champion also received recognition on Columbus Business First’s Fast 50 list, which ranks year-over-year growth in private companies based in Central Ohio. Champion was ranked No. 9 on this year’s list with an average sales growth in the 200 to 499 percent range from the previous three years.
