People-focused and community-driven values lead CEO of The Champion Companies to be named a Columbus Smart 50 executive and Impact Award winner.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (July 26, 2021) – Brian Yeager, CEO and co-owner of The Champion Companies, a leading multi-family investment, development and management company in Central Ohio, was announced as a Smart 50 honoree and winner of the 2021 Impact Award.

The Columbus Smart 50 Awards recognize top executives throughout Central Ohio for their exceptional leadership and success in growing, thriving businesses. Recipients are honored for their commitment to and passion for their communities, industries and organizations. 

Yeager also won the Impact Award, which is one of three specialty awards given to outstanding honorees each year. With this award, Yeager and The Champion Companies were recognized for their commitment to community outreach and philanthropy.  

Yeager’s personal commitment to giving back and people-first business approach has guided Champion’s philanthropic efforts and impact in the community. Most recently, he serves as the campaign co-chairman for the Milo-Grogan Boys & Girls Club, where he is leading efforts on a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. With support from Champion and other community business partners, the nearly $13.5 million project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
