For the fifth year in a row, The Champion Companies was included on the Best Places to Work List for Central Ohio. In 2020, Champion was named #3 out of the Top 10 companies in the Large Company category.

Columbus Business First, who puts on the program each year, collaborates with Quantam Workplace to conduct the surveys, after which they tally scores for each nominee, to determine overall employee satisfaction.

Champion’s leaders say that it’s a “people-first” company, meaning that its team members and culture would be a priority above all else. Subsequently, the company culture has developed and flourished over time through the implementation of many programs that make employees feel valued, and keep their passion alive at work every day.
