SUNBURY, Ohio – The Champion Companies, a multi-family investment, development and management firm in Central Ohio, has opened its newest multifamily development project, The District at Berkshire.

The 300-unit Class A development is located in Sunbury, Ohio next to the Tanger Outlet Mall. To celebrate the community’s construction progress, Champion held a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on October 29, 2024.

The community consists of 84 one-bedroom and 216 two-bedroom apartments. The spacious floor plans feature 9ft ceilings, kitchen islands with pendant lighting, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers and a patio or balcony with every home.

The District at Berkshire expands Champion’s multifamily portfolio to 21 apartment communities, with an additional two communities currently undergoing development.
