- Full company-paid major medical health insurance
- Short-term disability
- Long-term disability
- Employee Profit Sharing Plan
- Health savings account contribution

- Competitive salaries
- Continuing professional education
Quarterly Vision Meetings
Champion hosts quarterly vision meetings over breakfast to bring the entire team together to keep everyone up to date on company progress, initiatives and future endeavors.
Annual Holiday Party
At the end of each year, Champion brings the team together for a fun-filled night of dinner, drinks and awards as we reminisce about all we have accomplished as a company during the year.

The Loop is Champion’s monthly internal e-newsletter sent out to do just as its name describes–keep everyone in the loop on what Champion is up to.

Each month, Champion team members volunteer to serve dinner to the families in need at the YWCA Family Center
