Columbus Business First – Champion Cos. bringing nearly 400 apartments to Worthington area

Champion Cos. plans to build a 395-unit apartment building in the Crosswoods neighborhood north of Columbus, repurposing the site of an obsolete, vacant office building.
The 12-acre site at 400 E. Campus View is today home to the former one-story office building that used to house the offices of Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. But Champion Cos. CEO Brian Yeager sees a neighborhood going through a “renaissance,” and he wants to be a part of it.
