The Human Approach to Hiring
The Champion Companies is a local Central Ohio company with a passion for our people and giving back to the community. We own and operate 23 apartment communities with nearly 5,000 Class A apartment homes. Our team is setting the standard for apartment living in Central Ohio. When you need an apartment in and around Columbus, we want to be the obvious choice.
Champion was founded in 2010 with an idea: if we find the best people– regardless of their experience– with great integrity, work ethic, and a positive attitude– and we make their personal growth our priority– those people will in turn help build and maintain a great company.
We call this idea our Human Approach to Hiring.
