Brad Clapp Senior Vice President of Rental Operations
In his role as Senior Vice President of Rental Operations for Champion, Brad oversees the daily operations at multiple apartment communities in our portfolio.
He sets monthly goals for his teams, and then leads their efforts to meet leasing and occupancy metrics, balance budgets, reduce delinquency, and ensure overall resident satisfaction and retention.
